This matter essentially concerns a disgruntled franchisee who brought a Statement of Claim against their Franchisor, claiming an amount of $20,000,000.00 for loss and damage.
The complaint included that the defendant breached the franchise agreement by not forwarding leads to the franchisee from Head Office; and that defendant was not contacting the plaintiff on a regular basis as defined in the franchise agreement.
